Yoga is an on-going process and it takes time to learn a new skill. We encourage our students to work at their own pace. Our staff is here to assist you in your physical and spiritual growth as a Kundalini Yogi. We believe that your work goes beyond the mat and will offer advice on how to incorporate your new skill into your daily life.

Sat Nam Yoga Chicago is imparting the highly respected Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teachings of Yogi Bhajan, who came from India in 1969 and made the once secret teachings available to westerners.
Classes offer instruction & insight into a variety of Ancient Yogic Techniques including Kriya(yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Mantra (healing through the sound of your voice), Mudra (hand positions) and Meditation. To top it all off, you will find peace in the sounds of the gong as you balance your nervous system in Shavasana (a deep restorative relaxation).
